Organic food tastes better from your granite worktops – well that’s what I think.
Hi – my name is Tadas Bukys (granite worktop designer and fitter who loves cooking). Here is my favourite bread recipe – it is loaded with vitamins A, B and D:
Method
Mix all dry ingredients
Add 5 glasses of lukewarm water and leaven
Mix it well for 10 minutes
Set aside some leaven for the next cooking
Place dough on an oiled baking tray and set aside in a warm place for 6-8 hours
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours at 170° C to 220° C
Serving suggesting
Add butter, salmon or ham, cheese, olives, fresh basilica etc. - serve directly off your granite worktop with glass of wine or beer or vodka

I am happy to supply organic ingredients at cost if you have difficulty sourcing them or if you are in the area of our new Reading workshop, office and showroom pop in for a cup of tea and try our bread.
Ok now I am done and I want to have piece of bread… feeling really hungry now after that.
